But we also know that, sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned. Whether it’s a toy that your furry friend gave a thumbs—uh, paws—down to, or an item that didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help!
Our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to be simple, fair, and (dare we say it?) a little fun! Because at Pet Haven, your satisfaction is our top priority—and we’re not afraid to hop to it! 🐸
What Can Be Returned?
We gladly accept returns of most unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. However, for the health and safety of all the wonderful pets out there, the following items cannot be returned:
Perishable items like food and treats (we all know pets can be picky eaters!)
Sanitary products such as litter or pee pads (for obvious reasons!)
Customized items—because your pet’s custom creations are one-of-a-kind!

How to Return an Item
Returning an item is as easy as teaching your dog a new trick! Just follow these simple steps:
Get in Touch: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. Reach us at service@petphavenn.com or 614-655-1902. Have your order number handy, and let us know what’s on your mind. We’re good listeners!
Get Your RMA: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note, sending items back without an RMA number could cause a delay in processing—and we wouldn’t want that!
Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, making sure it’s in unused and resalable condition. Don’t forget to include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Ship It Back: Send the package to the address we provide. Please note, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We’ll cover the shipping for mistakes—because we own up to our hops!
